Unfinished care plan revenue calculator
Work out how much of your care plan revenue never arrives because patients stop attending before the plan they bought is finished.

Two free calculators for the numbers that decide whether a small manual therapy clinic makes its year: the money left in unfinished plans, and the desk hours those plans demand.
Most clinic math gets done once, on the back of a superbill, and then never revisited. These two calculators are the ones worth rerunning each quarter, because both move with your completion rate and your no show rate rather than with your fee schedule.
Every default here is set to a plausible solo clinic so the page shows a real answer before you change anything. Adjust the fields to your own plan sizes, your own visit fee and your own attendance, then decide whether the fix is a better report of findings or a tighter morning recall routine.

Twenty concrete steps that decide whether a chiropractic care plan finishes, arranged in the order they happen in a real clinic week.
Every solo chiropractor already does this arithmetic by hand: visits attended over visits planned, worked out in the margin of a superbill; an unearned prepaid balance figured on a sticky note before an awkward refund call; a rough tally of how many patients actually reached the visit twelve re exam this quarter. That care plan arithmetic does not need an account, so we did not put one in front of it. There is no sign up here, no email field, and nothing about your patients or your plans is stored.
Taken on their own, these two calculators answer questions a chiropractic records system was never shaped to answer: what a sixty two percent completion rate costs a two chair clinic across a full year, and how many protected front desk hours the morning gap list honestly needs. The output is yours to carry into a report of findings script, an associate conversation or a meeting with your bookkeeper. Whether you ever open CarePlanTrack after that is a separate decision.
Both figures on this page rest on estimates you typed in yourself. A demo swaps them for live ones: visits used against visits sold, unearned prepaid value in dollars, and re exams landing on the visit number you promised at the report of findings. We will build your most common plan template on the call, usually acute low back, so you can see your own arithmetic keeping itself.
